At Yanature, we strive to provide high-quality outdoor experiences. Due to the nature of our activities and the logistical planning involved, the following refund policy applies to all bookings made through trekkingmauritius.com.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
More than 48 hours before the activity
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
Between 24 and 48 hours before the activity
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the activity are non-refundable.
Less than 24 hours before the activity
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
No-show
Failure to attend the activity without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Yanature
Yanature reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an activity due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Insufficient participants
- Safety concerns
- Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule the activity
4. Late Arrival
Customers arriving late may not be able to participate in the activity.
In such cases, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method via our payment gateway (MIPS) and bank (Mauritius Commercial Bank).
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.6. Changes to Bookings
Changes to booking dates or participants are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Yanature reserves the right to accept or decline modification requests.7. Contact
