Discover the untamed beauty of Mauritius on a 2h30 e-bike adventure through the island’s wild south. This challenging ride takes you far from the usual paths, across sugarcane fields, rugged trails, and along dramatic cliffs with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
As you ride, you’ll immerse yourself in the raw and authentic side of the island: herds of cows and goats grazing freely, windswept landscapes where the land meets the sea, and the timeless charm of rural Mauritius. What you’ll do
- Meet & Briefing (10–15 min):
Meet your guide at Constance Le Chaland Iko for introductions, equipment setup, and a short safety briefing on how to handle your e-bike. - Ride to La Cambuse Beach (20–25 min):
Start the adventure with an off-road ride through sandy tracks leading to the wild and unspoiled La Cambuse beach, where you’ll enjoy your first ocean views. - Cycle to Le Bouchon Beach (20–25 min):
Follow the coastal trail towards Le Bouchon beach, another hidden gem of the wild south, with waves crashing against the rocky shore. - Pont Suspendu (30 min):
Continue your ride to the historic Pont Suspendu, set among volcanic rocks, and learn about its history from your guide. - Forest of Royal Palms & Mare aux Songes (30 min):
Pedal through the lush palm forest leading to Mare aux Songes, the site where the first dodo remains were discovered. - Return to Constance Le Chaland Iko Resort (20–25 min):
Conclude the loop back to Anantara Iko, where your guide will wrap up the ride and share final stories before farewell.

- Must be comfortable riding a mountain bike
- Minimum age: 14 years | Maximum age: 65 years
- Activity may be rescheduled in case of bad weather
- The guide reserves the right to refuse participation if clothing, footwear, or physical ability is deemed unsuitable for the activity.
- The guide will be the only contact person on the day of the tour, you will receive the guide’s contact details upon booking or on the eve of the activity date by email (make sure to check your spams if you did not receive the email)

Great hike with Jordan
We had Jordan as guide and had great hike with him on Le Morne Brabant on April 11. He gave very interesting information, was good with guiding the group and had good jokes.
An unforgettable hike
Yesterday, my Husband and I climbed Le Morne Brabant with our wonderful guide, Paj.
We were both quite apprehensive beforehand after seeing how steep the mountain was and the mention of ‘scrambling’. However, it was incredible, so much better than we had imagined. At no point did we feel unsafe and Paj was great at guiding us through the tough parts.
We had initially contemplated doing it on our own, but I don’t think we would have completed it without Paj.
He was really informative and showed us all the best view points.
We would 100% recommend booking Yanature.

It was amazing
I want to say thank you to our guide.Rowin, thank you for your support and help. This was our first haijking. Places were difficult, but thanks to you we climbed to the top of the mountain. Landscapes wonderful.
Hike on the top of the world
We Met up with our Guide Rowin at 6 am and startet the hike, he was very caring and precautious with us and so we went fast and in good shape to the top!
